This event for gastronomy and music lovers combining sushi, champagne, and DJs will be held for the third time due to its popularity!

A luxurious night of sushi from famous restaurants, over 20 champagne maisons, and music by DJs!
"Sushi Champagne Night" is a one-night-only event where you can enjoy the marriage of the finest sushi from Michelin and award-winning restaurants, carefully selected champagnes, and performances by DJs and musicians active in Japan and abroad. This year's event, the first in about eight months and the third at W Osaka, is a long-awaited collaboration with "Hakkoku," a renowned restaurant in Ginza, where you can enjoy sushi made with the freshest ingredients in a district of upscale restaurants.
"Yamayuki" is said to be the best tuna wholesaler in Japan, and has been in the news for auctioning off the best tuna at the beginning of the year 2023.
Mr. Sato of "Hakkoku," one of the few sushi chefs who can handle "Yamayuki" tuna, will appear at W Osaka.

The "Bubble Garden" at the main venue will feature booths of more than 20 champagne maisons, and visitors will be able to order from a single glass of champagne. Enjoy Champagne with sushi booths produced by "Hakkoku" while listening to nonstop music provided by DJs. In a separate area, "Premium Sushi Dining" will be held, where you can enjoy superb sushi and champagne prepared by the owner of Hakkoku, Hiroyuki Sato, in front of you. The "Premium Sushi Dining" is available by reservation only, and is so popular that it sells out every time.
This year's special guest DJ is Darren Emerson, former member of the legendary Underworld, who is still in demand around the world.
