SUSHI CHAMPAGNE NIGHT is a one-of-a-kind event where you can enjoy the marriage of the trinity of exquisite sushi, champagne, and music by DJs.
This event has been held since 2018. This time, Mr. Shota Oda, once famous as the second generation master of Ginza Tokami, will make a triumphant return to Tokyo for the first time since opening his own restaurant in Sapporo, Sushi Shota! This year's event will be held on two floors: the Premium Dining floor, where you can enjoy Sushi Shota's evolved omakase full course menu with champagne pairing, and the Sky Deck, where you can enjoy casual cash-on sushi and performances by DJs who are active on the world stage. Come and join us for a fun-filled evening!

<Profile of Shota Oda, General Manager of Sushi Shota
Born in Noboribetsu City, Hokkaido. After graduating from a local culinary school, he moved to Tokyo at the age of 20. He started his training at "Kyubei Ginza" for 5 years and was in charge of setting up a restaurant in Singapore at "Sushi Kanesaka".
He returned to Japan with the experience of opening a restaurant and learning to serve customers in English on-the-job.
Later, he joined the famous Ginza restaurant "Sushi Tokami" at the invitation of the then general manager, Hiroyuki Sato (currently the general manager of Hakkoku).
At the age of 30, he became the general manager of Sushi Tokami and led the popular restaurant for 6 years. At the age of 36, he moved to his hometown in Hokkaido. He started his own restaurant, Sushi Shota, in 2022.
Opened "Sushi Shota" in December 2022. This will be his first triumphant pop-up in Tokyo.
