Atirom Tokyo and Tsukanto have teamed up to open the Tokyo Bistro on the site of the former Nishi-Azabu Post Office for a limited period of 15 months (planned).
This is a restaurant where you can enjoy a la carte Tokyo cuisine, a new genre created by a Michelin restaurant producer and the head chef of a restaurant with an undisclosed address that is difficult to book. The cuisine is not only tonkatsu, but also incorporates elements of French, Western and Japanese cuisine, and can be enjoyed with everything from wine to beer and lemon sours.
