Isetan Tachikawa and atirom Tokyo will collaborate on "Isetan Tachikawa Surprise Project by atirom Tokyo", a creative culinary project that allows you to experience the four seasons in Japan.
This project will offer special culinary experiences at Isetan Tachikawa for a limited time, together with selected restaurants from all over Japan, in accordance with the theme selected by Isetan Tachikawa.

This project will not only bring out the deliciousness of the ingredients, but will also focus on the stories and backgrounds behind the ingredients.
Through the food, you will be able to enjoy the story that Isetan Tachikawa and atirom Tokyo have woven together.

This time, we will feature "Hiroshima”.
Our partner is NAKADO, a well-known restaurant deeply rooted in Hiroshima and highly acclaimed by Gault & Millau. Led by chef Seiji Nakado, a native of Kitahiroshima Town (formerly Chiyoda Town), NAKADO uses high quality ingredients provided by local producers and offers creative cuisine that evokes the unique terroir of Hiroshima.

NAKADO's spirit of exploring new Hiroshima ingredients and challenging themselves to create dishes that have never been tried before, based on the belief that "status quo is decline," and "learning from the past," is perfectly in line with atirom Tokyo's philosophy of co-creation cuisine. Through this project, NAKADO aims to bring to its customers an innovative and memorable dining experience that is the result of the fusion of two restaurants, using the full range of Hiroshima ingredients.
