[Soyoken (蒼洋軒) Limited Two-Day Opening]

Ao and atirom have teamed up to launch a new project based on Ao’s philosophy, following the dessert restaurant "SOUKA," created by Hiroshi Hamamura. This new venture, "Soyoken (蒼洋軒)," is a Western cuisine project deeply rooted in Ao’s principles.

The project is led by Nanahiro Takahashi, who began his career at the long-established Western restaurant "Ogawaken" and has since held chef positions at "Chinois Ginza" and the "Kagurazaka Ishikawa" group. Currently, he is behind "Nanahiro." Returning to his roots, he will create an "ultimate Western cuisine course" that resonates with Ao’s philosophy, available for a limited two-day period.

This special occasion, where traditional techniques and innovative sensibilities come together to create new flavors, is one you won’t want to miss. We look forward to welcoming you to this unforgettable experience.
