atirom Tokyo is a collaborative restaurant with an undisclosed address, established in 2019 at a certain location in Minato-ku, Tokyo. With the theme of "Tokyo Cuisine", we always try to provide nostalgic and cutting-edge food experiences, collaborating with producers and sometimes chefs from all over Japan. We hope you will enjoy the new genre of "Tokyo Cuisine" of the 21st century.

Nanahiro Takahashi
He started his restaurant career at "Ogawaken", a long-established Western-style restaurant, where he learned the essence of Western cuisine for 8 years. After that, at the young age of 30, he became the head chef at "Chinois" in Ginza, a sacred place for wine lovers, and after a 20-year career, he joined the "Ishikawa" group. After working as the head chef of "Restaurant Nanpei Dai" and "NK" in the same group, he has been working at "NK" ever since. He has a thorough knowledge of Western, French, and Japanese cuisine, and has arrived at a new genre of "Tokyo Cuisine".
