atirom Tokyo is a collaborative restaurant with an undisclosed address, established in 2019 at a certain location in Minato-ku, Tokyo. With the theme of co-creation, we always try to provide nostalgic and cutting-edge food experiences, collaborating with producers and sometimes chefs from all over Japan. 'La Tavola da Tomin by atirom'
On January 31, “La Tavola da Tomin” will be held for one night only, presented by Tsuneomi Tomimatsu (nicknamed “Tommy”), an official truffle hunter of Piedmont and a knight of wine.
Tomimatsu and atirom Tokyo Sous Chef Otaki will create a culinary experience that brings out the best of Piedmont and makes you feel as if you have been invited to Tomimatsu's table.
In addition, we will pair the dishes with Tomimatsu's carefully selected wines and offer a free-flow of tea. Please enjoy this special evening with the latest information on Piedmont.
