atirom Tokyo is a collaborative restaurant with an undisclosed address, established in 2019 in Minato-ku, Tokyo. With the theme of "Tokyo Cuisine," we always strive to provide both nostalgic and innovative Japanese food experiences, collaborating with producers from all over Japan. We hope you will enjoy the new genre of "Tokyo Cuisine" that we have created.
Chef de Cuisine, Nanahiro Takahashi, began his restaurant career at "Ogawaken", a long-established Western-style restaurant, where he learned the essence of Western cuisine for a period of 8 years. He then became the head chef at "Chinois", a wine lover's sacred restaurant in Ginza, at the young age of 30. After a 20-year career, he joined the Michelin three-star "Ishikawa" group and worked as the head chef of "Restaurant Nanpei Dai" and established "NK" (both Ishikawa group restaurants) before becoming the Chef de Cuisine at atirom Tokyo. With a thorough knowledge of Western, French, and Japanese cuisine, he has developed a new genre, "Tokyo Cuisine".
