Yoshiki Komi is a chef who left Japan at the age of 18 to go to France to study French cuisine.

After returning to Japan, he continued to work energetically as an independent chef, and his name is often heard as a private chef of high quality.

It was about a year and a half ago when AtiromTOKYO first made an offer to him, falling in love with his talent. Chef Omi's fully paired course, which shed new light on the tradition of French cuisine, was quickly booked up after reservations began and regrettably closed.

After that, at the young age of 24, Chef Komi was selected as the sous chef of COTEAU. and continued his training as one of the leading private chefs in Tokyo. In October 2021, he will leave Tokyo in search of the next stage of his career and launch a members-only restaurant in Nagasaki to take on the challenge of creating a restaurant that can only be found in the countryside.

This time, AtiromTOKYO is the culmination of Yuki's departure from Tokyo.

It is a chance for him to give back to Tokyo, which has been so good to him, and to show us a glimpse of his future plans for a regional restaurant. I hope you will enjoy his unique approach to making the most of the charm of the ingredients in his dishes.

Yuki Komi
After enrolling at Ecole Tsuji Tokyo, Yuki graduated from the French school of the same group at the top of his class and entered the two-star restaurant "Le Parc Franck Putelat". After returning to Japan, he worked at "LA TABLE de Joël Robuchon", and then at "COTEAU." under the supervision of Chef Yosuke Suga as a sous chef, while continuing to work as a private chef.
