Introducing our 3rd sake event this year in celebration of our 10th anniversary.
August 23rd we will hold a pairing dinner with "Asahi Brewery" of "DASSAI," most famous sake.
We will serve various kinds of "DASSAI" with a special course created by Chef Masahiko Miura of Mizuki, which uses a variety of Kyoto's summer ingredients.
The guest speaker for the day will be Mr. Hiroshi Sakurai, the creator and chairman of "DASSAI," who will give an update on the brewery in New York,
where he moved to New York to take the lead and began brewing sake in May 2023 and opened the brewery in September.
You can also enjoy "DASSAI: Polishing and Beyond" and "DASSAI BLUE" (DASSAI Blue) produced in the United States.
