The Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto and Madrid Fusion celebrates on September 14th (SAT) a collaborative dinner with some of the world's top chefs.

Chef Quique Dacosta, owner of the 3-star Quique Dacosta Restaurant in Alicante, Spain, Chef Andoni Ruiz Aduriz, owner of the 2-star Mugaritz in San Sebastian, Spain, Joan Roca, owner of 3-star El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, Spain, Yoshihiro Narisawa, owner of 2-star Narisawa in Tokyo and Katsuhito Inoue of The Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto Chef's Table will be preparing a special dinner.

All wine will be carefully selected by Fernando Mora, Master of Wine & Winemaker in Frontonio Winery, Alpartir.
