In February 2024, The Ritz-Carlton Kyoto celebrates its 10th anniversary.
In celebration of its 10th anniversary, Mizuhki Japanese Restaurant will be holding various sake events throughout the year.
For this fourth edition, we have prepared a special one-night-only event with Nishida Sake Brewery and Sushi Mizuhki in Aburakawa, Aomori Prefecture, a sake brewery representing "Densyu" (rice wine).
Mr. Tsukasa Nishida, President of Nishida Sake Brewery, will be our guest speaker. Mr. Nishida will talk about his goal of 「Always evolving, always insane (meaning impossible according to common sense)」.
As the name implies, "Denshu" means rice fields where the rice used to make the sake is harvested, and as the name implies, it is a pure rice sake with a delicious flavor.
