Reservation rules

【Notice】
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we will treat it as a cancellation.Please be aware of this in advance.
Reservations can only be made online. We do not accept reservations by telephone.
We are unable to change the date, time, number of persons, course or cancellation after the reservation is confirmed, regardless of the reason. Please make sure to come with the number of people and the content of the reservation.
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged from the time the booking is confirmed. Please check the details of your booking carefully before making a reservation.
Please make sure that the number of people in your party is the same as the number of people who have made a reservation.
Children are welcome at SATO Briand Sangou. (Please do not count the number of children in your reservation, but the number of people who will be eating the course).
(Please note that the number of children does not count towards the number of reservations made, but the number of people who will be dining on the course.
Private rooms on the second floor can be booked for a minimum of 7 adults.
The dinner will start at the reserved time. If you arrive late or leave the restaurant before the scheduled time, there is a possibility that you will not be served part of the course.

【Attention】
Please note that some of our dishes, such as Hire Suki, contain a lot of eggs, so please refrain from making reservations if you are allergic to eggs.

【Disfavourite foodstuffs.】
If you are not fond of tongue or halami, it is possible to change to other parts of the meat. If you would like to do so, please mention it in the special notes or let us know when you arrive at the restaurant on the day of your visit.
