At Nakameguro, a course meal is prepared by two fryers.
Although the course price differs depending on the fryer, the course structure, quality and quantity of ingredients, etc., are the same for both.

Restaurant introduction

At the Nakameguro branch, Ichihara returns to Tokyo as Kusunoki's first apprentice, having gained experience as a master chef in Nagoya, where Kusunoki began.

Five years after debuting as a deep-fat fryer, Master Ichihara continues to refine his skills and sense of taste, while Hashimoto, who debuted as a deep-fat fryer last year, will serve as a deep-fat fryer under Master Ichihara to gain further experience.

The stage at the Nakameguro restaurant seats an impressive 12 people.
The two apprentices open the show simultaneously in front of 12 customers.
This is a new live performance style for Kusunoki, where 12 seats are set up at the same time.
The atmosphere that can be created only because they are brother and sister apprentices.
Please enjoy Kusunoki's tempura expressed through his two apprentices.
