Tempura Kusunoki Yotsuya will be deep-fried by Yusuke Hashimoto, who will serve as the second deep fryer at Kusunoki main restaurant.

Hashimoto has been practicing and working on his skills until he has achieved a level of perfection that I approve of. After about a year and a half of frying additional items for customers visiting the main restaurant, I finally put him in charge of the “short course” of tempura.
I would like to thank all the customers who have ordered our tempura and given us their support and guidance.
We would be very happy if you could tell us about their work, such as “General Ichihara has improved his skill” or “Mr. Hashimoto was like this” when you visit the main restaurant.
With the help of Kusunoki fans, we will continue to nurture the Kusunoki business so that it will grow to many times its current size.
