Vesta x Kagurazaka Kimoto Hanasansho Nabe
We have prepared this dish in collaboration with Mr. Yasuya Kimoto, chef of Kagurazaka Kimoto.
The ingredients are carefully selected by Vesta from all over Japan, and the best Japanese beef, "Sanda Beef", which inherits the bloodline of "Tajima Beef", is used in the dish.
Sanda Beef
Shabu-shabu with Hanasansho and special broth, udon noodles and Sanda rice cooked in an earthenware pot.

Hanasansho Ramen
Mita Beef Tail Ramen" is a favorite of Westa's regular customers. This time, we have added the seasonal Hana-Sansho (Japanese pepper) and a sweet soy sauce-based broth with Japanese soup stock.

We deal in Sanda beef, a brand of beef made from pure Tajima cattle produced in Hyogo Prefecture.

Sanda beef, with its superb marbling, tenderness, delicacy, and rich flavor, is carefully grilled on a special cooking stove and Kishu-binchotan charcoal by skilled cookers.
While the excess fat from the marbling is removed, the meat itself absorbs the steam, which locks in the elegant aroma of sweetness and gives the meat a crispy and fragrant surface.
The flavor of the meat that spreads in your mouth is exceptional.
