We deal in Sanda beef, a brand of beef made from pure Tajima cattle produced in Hyogo Prefecture.
Sanda beef, with its superb marbling, tenderness, delicacy, and rich flavor, is carefully grilled on a special cooking stove and Kishu-binchotan charcoal by skilled cookers.
While the excess fat from the marbling is removed, the meat itself absorbs the steam, which locks in the elegant aroma of sweetness and gives the meat a crispy and fragrant surface.
The flavor of the meat that spreads in your mouth is exceptional.
We also offer a wide variety of other seasonal ingredients such as natural beluga caviar, carefully selected vegetables and seafood.
