Sanda Beef Wonton Noodles
Sanda beef-based ramen noodles, which have been very popular at take-out restaurants, are now available for delivery to your home.
Mita beef tail ramen, which is usually served as a back menu item, is a favorite of Westa regulars. This time, homemade wontons made from Sanda beef minced meat and a broth containing the flavor of Sanda beef tail and bones simmered for more than 12 hours have been combined.
Also available is the tender Mita beef chashu (pork chashu), which is soaked in the sweetness of the fat and sauce of the Mita beef after being simmered for four hours in a special sauce. We hope you will enjoy the Mita beef wontons and the rich soup with gelatinous Mita beef tail.

Sanda Beef
Tajima beef has been raised in the Tajima region of northern Hyogo Prefecture since ancient times, and has become the root of many famous Japanese cattle. Sanda beef is the ultimate Wagyu, inherited from its excellent lineage and is very rare. Westa uses only heifer heifers among them. The producer, Mr. Akiji Sedo, buys calves of the "Tajima" bloodline, feeds them with subterranean water from the Muko River system that contains minerals suitable for fattening beef cattle, and feeds them with his original feed using 100% domestic rice straw and a small amount of locally grown rice. In order to achieve the ideal "beef with a low melting point, light melt-in-your-mouth fat, and lean meat with rich flavor," the cattle are carefully raised under thorough health management.
