Torioka, an offshoot of the famous "Torishiki" restaurant, opened in Azabudai Hills.
Standing in the grilling area is Mr.Takanori Ohira, former owner of "Tori Kado" who trained under Mr.Yoshiteru Ikegawa of "Torishiki".
The skewers are grilled over a "high near-fire" method, which he learned directly from Yoshiteru Ikegawa.
The skewers are grilled over an exquisite heat to lock in the flavor and overturn the concept of yakitori.
The basic course is to enjoy even rare parts of Date chicken, and there are also a variety of dishes full of originality.
Please enjoy the deep world of chicken that can only be experienced here in the quiet space.

TAKANORI OOHIRA
After working as a chef in Mexico, he opened the door to "Torishiki," one of the most famous yakitori restaurants in Japan.
Under the tutelage of Yoshiteru Ikegawa, he was appointed as the owner of a yakitori restaurant operating under the name "Torikado" on the days when the famous restaurant "Torishiki" was closed.
With the goal of spreading yakitori throughout the world, he puts his heart and soul into each and every piece of chicken he cooks.
He was selected as the owner of "Torioka" in Azabudai Hills, which will open in 2024.

*If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment without informing us, it will be treated as a cancellation and you will be charged 100% of the cancellation fee.
*Payment is by credit card only (no cash). Please understand this in advance.
*It will start all at the time of reservation. If you are late or you are leaving in the middle of your time, you may not be able to provide some of the course meals.
