Shinobu Iida, grill master and owner of Meguro's "Tori Shiki", recognized by Yoshiteru Ikegawa, opens a new restaurant with a full name.

The exquisite marriage of wine and yakitori brings out the best of yakitori.

"Charcoal and wine" a supreme time.
The various parts of the yakitori grilled over the "close-hot high flame" method, which is a direct Torishiki tradition, and the wine selected by the owner, Shinobu Iida, are a supreme marriage that brings out the best of each other.
Please enjoy the aroma of the charcoal from the binchotan charcoal grill and the aroma of the wine.
