This is a split soy sauce made by Ishigawa in Kagurazaka for tasting white sashimi.
It is a combination of two-stage brewing daiginjo soy sauce, which is only made at a few breweries in Japan, and fully cooked sake.
The soy sauce flavor is not overpowering and enhances the aroma and flavor of white fish and shellfish. We hope you enjoy it.
