【Autumn Soba Noodle Full Course Special】(Limited to 24 people per day)
Daruma Group: Okada of "Kitsuki Okina Daruma" and Hirokado of "Nihonryori Beppu Hirokado" pioneer a new form of "full-course soba".
The fifth collaboration event is a [new soba noodle] event with exceptional color, taste, and smell.
「Soba is not only delicious in noodle form!」
Okada and Hirokado, two master soba noodle chefs, have devised a new soba dish that is a surprise centered on autumn flavors that can only be enjoyed in Oita, Kyushu.
We also offer wines that go well with soba, so you can encounter new charms of soba from beginning to end!
Whether you are a soba lover or an udon (wheat noodle) culture buff, we hope you will enjoy this full-course that can be enjoyed in a variety of ways!
Mr. Kunihiro Takahashi, the "God of Soba" and master of Okada and Hirokado, who has been featured on "Professional Work Style" and "Jounetsu Tairiku", will also make an appearance at the event.
