Mr. Kunihiro Takahashi, the "God of buckwheat noodle making", who is well-known on "Professional Work Style" and "Jounetsu Tairiku".
Hisashi Okada, who took over "Kitsuki Okina Daruma" in July 2022, and Taizo Hirokado, owner of "Japanese Cuisine Beppu Hirokado," who is also a direct disciple of Mr. Takahashi, will collaborate for two days only!
Mr. Kunihiro Takahashi will also appear on the day!
The theme ingredient this time is "Ayu (sweetfish)".
We will prepare dishes that you can only enjoy on this day, such as a performance in front of your eyes and "Collaboration Soba" with Kitsuki Okina Daruma's Soba.

A sitter with childcare experience will take care of your child during meal times at the rest area located on the premises of Kitsuki Okina Daruma.
