The owner, Taizo Hiromon, trained for over 20 years at Michelin 2 and 3 star Japanese restaurants in Osaka and Tokyo before opening his own restaurant in his birthplace.

Almost all of our dishes are prepared using the finest ingredients from Oita and Kyushu.

Specialties include Hachisun, which reflects the scenery of Kyushu and Oita, Habamo (green peppers) (spring to fall), and the owner's handmade Soba noodles.

Only 7 seats at the counter overlooking the stone garden.

[Arrival time]
Dining will start at the same time as your reservation.
Please come to the restaurant by 11:50 a.m. for lunch and by 5:50 p.m. for dinner.
If you arrive late or leave the restaurant before the scheduled time, there is a possibility that you will not be served part of your course.

Please be advised that this will be treated as a cancellation and 100% of the cancellation policy will be applied.

[We accept reservations for private parties of 6 to 7 persons.]
If the reservation calendar shows "Counter (1-7 persons)", the restaurant can be reserved for 6 persons.
However, if there is already a reservation for 1 person (indicated as "Counter (1-6 persons)"), the table will be shared.

[Allergies]
We ask those who are allergic to buckwheat to refrain from coming to the restaurant (due to the difficulty of finding alternative dishes because there are several dishes made with buckwheat flour, and because of the possibility of contamination).
If you have a wide range of allergies, we may not be able to accept your reservation.

A special bento made with Oita Wagyu beef simmered with locally sourced shiitake mushrooms, sansho pepper, and ginger.
Ideal for souvenirs, late-night snacks, and breakfast the next day.

No additives or preservatives used.
Shelf life: Half a day from delivery (requires refrigeration).

Regular portion includes 130g of beef Simmer, while the large portion includes 200g of Beef Simmer with increased rice quantity.
We use Oita's premium Hinohikari: Joushita Bamboo Charcoal Rice for the rice.

We will hand it over after the meal is finished.

We will take care of your children in a separate children's room on the premises of Beppu Hiromon.
Air-conditioning and heating, air purifier, toys and picture books are provided.

*Please come by 11:45 in the afternoon and 17:45 in the evening.
*Please bring your insurance card (for all), diapers, milk, and food for children with allergies (if necessary)

*Please note that we may not be able to secure a sitter for your child with a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher.
*Cancellations made on the day of the reservation will incur a cancellation fee of ¥2,000.
*There is a possibility that your child may share the room with other guests' children.
*We may ask you to bring your own food if we cannot accommodate your child's allergy.
*Babysitters may not be able to accommodate your child's medical condition or other circumstances at the discretion of the babysitting service provider.
