Reservation rules

*Please wash your hands and gargle thoroughly and come to the restaurant in good physical condition.

*Please note that we cannot accept reservations made in person at the restaurant, or requests or inquiries made by phone or email.
Please confirm from OMAKASE.

■Reservation
We may not be able to honor reservations with a broad range of special requests, such as “vegetarian food only” or “no raw seafood”.
We will do our best to accommodate allergies, but we may not be able to accommodate food items that we are not fond of.

We would also like to remind that we cannot substitute seasonal ingredients, including
Crustacean, crab meat in winter (November to February)
Matsutake mushrooms in autumn (September-October)
Bamboo shoot in spring (April)
Ayu fish, eel, and suppon in summer season (Ayu fish:June-July)

■Cancel policy
・Cancellation for any reason will incur a cancellation fee.

■About private reservations
Charter fee is 1,000,000 yen (including tax and service charge). In addition, beverages will be charged separately.

■Notice
Please refrain from taking photographs or videos of the restaurant.We will also be prohibiting the taking of photographs and videos in the restaurant, even when making reservations for private parties.
Please eat your food as soon as possible to ensure that it is at its best before it gets cold.
If you are 30 minutes late from your reservation time, we will treat it as a cancellation.
It is not possible to enter the store earlier than the reservation time.
If you are late for your reservation by 30 minutes, your reservation will be cancelled.
If you are late for your reservation, some dishes may not be served.
Children are welcome to accompany you as long as they can eat the same course as adults.
Please refrain from bringing your own cake.
In the case of a private reservation, please make a group reservation in advance, and the representative person should settle the bill.
Please refrain from eating with hats on.
Please refrain from writing notes.
