Gomoku gohan cooked in duck broth (2 servings)

JPY3,279 ~ /set

Mushroom rice is a specialty of "Kagurazaka Ishikawa". It is made by finely chopping high quality thick shiitake mushrooms and vegetables and cooking them in duck broth.
This rice is popular among customers who can taste the deep flavor of mushrooms while being comforted by the many delicious ingredients of winter.
The key to cooking this dish is to fry the lotus root quickly and let the vegetables soak up the broth before cooking. The mitsuba (mitsuba means mitsuba in Japanese) is used to add fragrance to the cooked rice.
It tastes even better when cooked in an earthenware pot.

About "Shiroi Gohan, Takikomi Gohan
I love rice cooked with rice.
The first time I became clearly aware of its deliciousness was when I went back to my parents' house to eat rice after I left my hometown, Niigata.

I was moved anew by the taste of rice, which I had taken for granted as a child, and from there I started to explore the taste of rice.

The more I searched, the more I realized that there is no absolute best rice, as there is the taste of each region and variety.
We bring you a variety of combinations of rice that we find delicious.
