Satoru Tanaka, who purchases more than 100 head of Wagyu beef annually, has pursued the ideal of a nostalgic yet new Western-style restaurant, serving hamburgers, beef cutlets, and omelette rice.
The restaurant offers the kind of Western-style beef dishes that only a butcher could create, using the power of the ingredients to take what everyone imagines to a level beyond what is imaginable.
