This sushi restaurant is produced by Yuichi Arai, the owner of the famous Ginza restaurant "Sushi Arai".
The ingredients are carefully selected from the local waters of Mikawa Bay, Ise Bay, and the Sea of Japan, and the restaurant offers Edo-mae sushi that takes full advantage of its location in Nagoya.
Each ingredient is carefully prepared and nigiri is made with all of our heart. We hope you will enjoy our sushi.
