This time, the focus is on the traditional Japanese handicraft of over 400 years of history, namely, the porcelain produced ""ARITAYAKI"" in Oda, a city in Saga Prefecture.
The design was inspired by the story of a customer who had purchased one of the previously released collaboration items, a package of chocolates made of paper containers, and treasured it.
The finished product is a fusion of street culture and traditional Japanese techniques. The smooth curves of the bitten heart, the beautiful red glaze and the gold color, created by each artisan by hand, give the product a playful yet elegant appearance.

The culinary industry, where I work, has been hit hard by COVID-19's impact, and are facing a serious problem of a decrease in the number of chefs and producers of food ingredients.
