It has been a long time since we have held this event.
We will have a collaboration dinner between Deyashiki Mirakuen in Amagasaki, which has been in business for 60 years, and Kenichiro Okada's "Okadamae" in Azabu Juban, which will turn 60 years old next year!
Mirakuen is known for its large bone-in ribs.
We grill them over the Josubar charcoal fire of Okadamae.
Of course, there will be the famous yukke caviar rice, matsutake mushroom sukiyaki, tansashi truffle, and handmade soba noodles to top it all off.
We have not held this event for a while due to the pandemic, but Kotetsu, myself and the staff are on fire.
August 26th, I know it will be a hot day, but please enjoy Kobe beef, Matsusaka beef, and Mirakuen's famous bone-in ribs to the fullest.
