été "Natsuko Shoji" and graphic artist "VERDY" collaboration collection. The new Valentine's collection "Give the Best Gift to One's Loved One", which sold out immediately last year, is now available.
This year's collection comes in a sophisticated white package with a beautiful glossy finish, and comes as a set with either a charm (Red) or a key chain (Green), both of which have been highly sought after.
There will be two types of charms (Red) and key chains (Green), and you will have to wait until they arrive to see which one is attached to the set. (Please note that you will not be able to choose which one will come with the set.)
Chef Natsuko Shoji carefully selects ingredients from France and Belgium for the chocolates, and after repeated tastings with VERDY, the nut flavor with the mutual logo has become a popular and standard ganache since the first collaboration.

■Natsuko Shoji
Born in 1989, Natsuko Shoji opened "été" in 2014 at the age of 24.
Her seasonal fruit cakes are considered "fantastic cakes" and attract worldwide attention.
In 2015, she opened a restaurant for one couple a day.
In 2020, she was the first Japanese woman to be named Asia's Best Pastry Chef Award and the following year she received the BVLGARI AVRORA AWARDS.
In 2022, she was awarded the best female chef in Asia and in the same year she was selected as one of the 100 best chefs in the world.
