The dessert course consists of a total of 9 dishes, plus additional treats, centered around carefully selected seasonal "farm-direct fruits," with a unique and unconventional approach.

■If you have a wide range of allergies and many ingredients that you don't like, we may have to decline your reservation. Please note this in advance. (due to the nature of the menu, we cannot make excessive restrictions on flour or sugar.) Furthermore, we cannot accommodate allergies on the day, so please contact us in advance.

■We will start at the same time as your reservation. Please be punctual. If it is too late, we will start cooking. We will start serving food from the time you arrive.
