A full-course meal featuring meticulously selected chicken, served at its most delicious timing, offering various parts, including rare cuts, in small portions.

All the dishes served in between courses are fully supervised by our group's head chef, Minoru Hasegawa.

We also offer exceptional dishes like fried chicken, ramen, and curry as the final touches, setting us apart from a typical yakitori restaurant.

We reserve the right to refuse reservations in the case of a wide range of allergies or food allergies.
We will not be able to respond to a request made on the day of the reservation, so please be sure to check with your companions and consult with us in advance.

There are cases in which we serve raw Jidori chicken.
We also serve a wide range of other ingredients such as shellfish, crustaceans, and mushrooms.
