A full-course meal featuring a variety of chicken parts, including rare parts, served in small portions at the most delicious time of the day.
The dishes served in between are also fully supervised by the group's executive chef, Minoru Hasegawa.
We are not just a chicken restaurant, but we also offer different types of fried chicken and chicken soup ramen noodles and other specialties.
We will also strive to provide seasonal ingredients such as matsutake mushrooms in the fall and oysters and crabs in the winter for everyone's enjoyment.
We reserve the right to refuse reservations in the case of a wide range of allergies or food allergies.
We will not be able to respond to a request made on the day of the reservation, so please be sure to check with your companions and consult with us in advance.
There are cases in which we serve raw Jidori chicken.
We also serve a wide range of other ingredients such as shellfish, crustaceans, and mushrooms.
