This four-hands dinner will explore the unique culinary world created by the collaboration between Luca Fantin and Chef Sung Anh, where their multinational cultures intersect. Over the past 15 years, Luca Fantin has honed his craft in Japan, blending the traditions of Italian cuisine with the seasonal bounty of Japanese ingredients to develop his own distinctive style. His dishes reflect a deep respect for Japan's tradition and culture, with each delicate creation embodying both his Italian roots and the terroir of Japan.
Meanwhile, from a young age Chef Sung Anh was raised on his grandmother’s cooking, which melded North Korean and Japanese traditions and immersed in a world where different cultures converge. Having spent his formative years in California, he was exposed to the diverse culinary landscape of America. Through his experiences in top-tier restaurants in the United States, Korea, and Japan, Chef Sung Anh has expanded his international perspective while remaining true to his culinary roots.
