[Ginza, Tokyo] - Marking his long culinary experience in Japan, Chef Luca Fantin of Il Ristorante Luca Fantin is pleased to announce the second edition of 4-HANDS events, a series of luncheons and dinners throughout the year in collaboration with Michelin starred chefs who are friends of Il Ristorante Luca Fantin.

This event shall welcome the world-renowned Italian chef Chicco Cerea from the three-star Michelin restaurant "Da Vittorio" in Bergamo, Italy. Chicco Cerea has captivated gourmets worldwide with his unique culinary style that expresses the spirit of "Da Vittorio," refined through his experiences in France, Germany, Spain, and the United States. "Da Vittorio" is a family-run restaurant started by his parents and maintained by their children, earning, and holding three Michelin stars since 2010.

While chef Luca Fantin continues to explore the depths of Italian culinary by engaging in a dialogue between the terroirs of Italy and Japan, reflecting a respect for the ingredients and the changing seasons. To Fantin, Italian cuisine is the art of flavor, the art of time, and is constantly evolving yet forever rooted in its heritage.

In this collaboration event, savor the essence of powerful yet delicate Italian cuisine, brought to life by the skills and creativity of these two exceptional Italian chefs, Chicco Cerea and Luca Fantin.

・Male customers are required to wear jackets. Sandals, half pants, and revealing attire for women are not permitted.

■About Reservations
・Only Chef's tasting courses will be available on the day of the event, and we are unable to accommodate any food items that you may have allergies to. If you have any allergies, please contact the restaurant in advance to make a reservation.
・Customers are responsible for any fees incurred due to cancellations after the reservation has been made.
・A private room fee of 33,000 yen (tax included) will be charged for private rooms. Please contact the restaurant for details.
