This Christmas cake features Brazilian cacao chocolate, crafted into a biscuit base and smooth cream, luxuriously combined with crunchy Gianduja made from IGP hazelnuts from Piedmont. The fresh texture is enhanced by raspberry jam and infused with aromatic vanilla and raspberry syrup, creating a cake with a rich variety of textures and flavors layered together.
