[Ginza, Tokyo] - Marking his long culinary experience in Japan, the Chef Luca Fantin of Il Ristorante Luca Fantin, is pleased to announce the first edition of 4-hands events, a series of luncheons and dinners throughout the year in collaboration with Micheline starred chefs who are friends of Il Ristorante Luca Fantin.
For the first event, Il Ristorante - Luca Fantin, located on the 9th floor of Bulgari Ginza Tower, and Dom Pérignon, thanks to Chef Fantin's membership in the international community of chefs, "Dom Pérignon Society" are delighted to present a Gastronomic Gala with the talented Chef Amaury Bouhours from Le Meurice Alain Ducasse.
A Star of French Cuisine's First Arrival in Japan.
Chef Amaury Bouhours presenting his talent in Japan for the first time, leads the new wave of French cuisine as recognized by Alain Ducasse. His creative and free spirit, along with a commitment to sustainability and utilizing local ingredients for seasonal dishes, vividly expresses the contemporary vision of French cuisine. On the other hand, Chef Fantin, with 15 years of experience in Japan, incorporates the local ingredients and techniques into his dishes, crafting beautiful dishes that adhere to the Italian culinary principles of seasonality and nature.
