Following on from the spring event, the second event will be held in autumn in October for a limited period of four days, featuring Kinya Komoda's collaborative cuisine with ceramic vessels created by the ceramic artist Jin Yamanaka, former abbot of Jigenji Temple in Odawara!
For a limited time only, Kinya Komoda will be offering an event in which guests will be able to enjoy Chinese cuisine prepared by Komoda using ceramics by Yamanaka, a renowned ceramic artist commissioned by star chefs from the USA and Europe. We will prepare a discerning tableware that incorporates the sensibility unique to Mr. Yamanaka and autumn and Sichuan style than the discerning tableware that was well received last time. We will prepare Chinese cuisine unique to Komoda that you can enjoy with all five senses.
