The Maker's Dinner inviting Mr. Murata, representative of "Edomae Herb," an up-and-coming agricultural group producing high quality micro herbs in Tokyo's 23 wards, to offer a 10-course full-course meal using an abundance of micro herbs.

"Edomae Herb" captivates chefs and gourmets at popular restaurants around Tokyo.
Despite its location in the heart of Tokyo, this producer is a hotspot in the industry, leading the way in futuristic agriculture that is a cross between urban farming and vertical farming.

The day will be a premium opportunity to hear Mr. Murata explain about micro herbs and the production sites that make urban agriculture possible, and to hear stories you have never seen or heard before.
