A one-month pop-up restaurant will open at Fumio Yonezawa's introduction-only dining restaurant 'NoCode'. The chef will be SOUYA, a young chef of note. He is from the French restaurant “Maison de Taka” in Ashiya, Hyogo, and has also experienced Italian cuisine (trained in Sicily), and is currently working as a private chef (traveling chef) without a restaurant. He has captivated VIPs in various settings, such as with celebrities, foodies, and corporate parties, and creates 120 original course meals a year.

【SOUYA Profile】
Born in 1994 in Osaka. Food & Beverage Producer.Graduated from Ecole Tsuji Culinary Institute’s Italian-French Master College. After graduating from Ecole Tsuji College of Italian-French Master College, he started working at a French restaurant in Ashiya, Hyogo Prefecture. After working at an Italian restaurant in Osaka, he moved to Italy. Worked at “VOTAVOTA” restaurant in Sicily. After returning to Japan, worked at a famous wedding hall in Osaka before becoming independent. Currently, he is active in many fields, such as setting up a restaurant, on-site cooking, EC sales, Iberico ham wholesale, store consulting, medical-related health food development, and event business.
