Richard Jeffroix, who has been making Champagne for nearly 30 years as the Chief Brewer of Dom Pérignon, has created this sake.
The first in the sake industry to blend more than 10 different types of sake, it has a unique, gorgeous, and energetic taste.
Yoshihiro Narisawa, who is a close friend of Richard's, has created a special box for IWA so that you can enjoy it even more.

IWA should be chilled before serving. Pour into a wine glass at home for a more vibrant and energetic experience. If you are serving from a box, please leave it out of the refrigerator for 30 minutes and then let it come to room temperature before serving.
