Notice of Store Renewal

NARISAWA will celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2023.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all of our customers, producers, and other stakeholders.

In this milestone year, we will renew the look of the kitchen, and all of our staff will devote themselves to making the restaurant even more appealing to our customers.

We would like to make every effort to make our restaurant even more appealing to you.

We regret to inform you that the restaurant will be temporarily closed for renovation work during the following period.

Construction period

March 11, 2023 - Mid-May, 2023

Reservations after the reopening will be accepted at OMAKASE from March 1.

We look forward to receiving your reservations.

From February 1 to March 10, we will be open

except for regular holidays on Sunday and Monday, we will be open as usual.

Reservations can be made at OMAKASE.

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of NARISAWA.
We would like to inform you of our restaurant hours.
We, NARISAWA, will be open from October 1, 2021 onwards at the following hours.

Tuesday - Saturday (Closed on Sunday and Monday) 
Lunch: 12:00 - 14:30 Closed
Dinner: 17:30 / 17:45 / 18:00 (last entry) - 20:00 closing
For dinner, the entrance time will be divided into three times.
The restaurant will close at 20:00 for dinner.

The decision regarding the opening hours was made in consideration of improving the working environment for our staff.
We ask for your understanding in this matter and thank you in advance for your reservations.
Since the year before last, the food and beverage industry has been in a very difficult situation due to the Corona disaster.
We have been discussing our business policy and have been operating the restaurant through various trials and errors.
We have also been thinking about the environment of the restaurant industry and the people who work there. The restaurant as a workplace
I believe that making restaurants a healthy and sustainable place to work is a step towards a brighter future for the restaurant industry.
We would be grateful for your understanding and cooperation.

*We will not be able to change the date, time, number of people a reservation after it has been confirmed for any reason. Please make sure to come with the number of people and the contents of the reservation.
*Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances such as perfume or eau de cologne. Please be sure to inform your companions.
