As a token of our gratitude to our customers who always support Bia, we have decided to hold a special collaboration event for the first time this year.
This time, we will be inviting Restaurant Naz, a famous restaurant in Karuizawa that Bia's owner, Beer, visits every season and is loved by many food lovers.
This will be Restaurant Naz's first collaboration in Tokyo.
Chef Suzuki of Restaurant Naz is a talented chef who uses the fermentation techniques he learned at "noma" and "KADEAU" in Scandinavia, and combines them with Karuizawa ingredients to create unique flavors.
Did you know that many fermentation techniques are also used in Thai cuisine?
What kind of chemical reaction will be created by the fusion of Bia's Thai cuisine, Japanese techniques, and Chef Suzuki's outstanding fermentation techniques?
This special collaboration, which may be the first and last of its kind, is sure to bring you new discoveries.
