The French restaurant "Margot & Bacchanle" is well known for its style in which guests select their favorite truffles from a seasonal selection of the finest truffles from around the world, and then shave the truffles themselves to create a plate of dishes.
For the partial renewal of the restaurant, we have prepared special counter seating equipped with a teppan (iron griddle).

When you hear the word "teppan-yaki," you probably have an image of enjoying high quality ingredients perfectly cooked right in front of your eyes. However, having studied as a French cuisine chef, I have many other ways to enjoy teppan-yaki.
During my training at "Japanese Cuisine Kanda," I experienced the attraction of the chef becoming one with the customer over the counter, and in leading this restaurant, I strongly felt the need to convey to customers the thoughts of the producers and my cooking philosophy from a closer distance. Through the counter, I want to create a space where customers can taste the food while resonating with it.

In the new counter seating area, we will make full use of the kitchen as well as the teppan to enable a variety of cooking techniques, and we will offer an haute couture dinner for one night only, weaving together the culinary culture of French and Japanese cuisine that I have studied so far.
We are limited to a maximum of six guests per day, so we can only offer a limited number of seats, but we hope that together we can create a completely different style of cuisine and a more relaxed atmosphere that could not be achieved in the main dining room.

The standard price is from 33,000 yen (tax included) per piece.
