CAINOYA Midwinter Fugu Hot Pot Set (for 2 persons)

Fugu, a delicacy in the middle of winter when it is extremely cold, has been made into a midwinter hot pot overflowing with CAINOYA's originality.
It is a shabu-shabu hot pot where you can eat a whole fugu. The soup stock is made by roasting and boiling the fugu's ara.
The broth is made by boiling the fugu's ara, then adding double the concentration of kombu (kelp) broth and plenty of fragrant vegetables such as Chinese cabbage, turnips, leeks, mushrooms, and carrots.
Then, Italian porcini and truffle paste are melted into the soup to create a rich and luxurious soup that is unique to CAINOYA.
The fugu meat, milt, and skin are cooked in GVP-impregnated fugu soup, so you can fully enjoy the flavor of the fugu. The fugu meat, milt and skin are cooked in GVP-impregnated fugu broth.
