Hokkaido ingredients are used as the main ingredients, and the acidity and aroma are moderated,
We will prepare seafood such as scallops , oysters, and sweet shrimp, and meat dishes such as Tokachi red beef, Akabira pigeon (limited quantity), Ezo deer from Akkeshi, and duck from Takikawa.
