The six-course menu consists of seasonal vegetables, seafood and meat from Hokkaido.
The menu consists of a total of 10 dishes, all left to the chef's discretion, expressing the seasonality of Japan.
The course will only be offered every Wednesday.
Vegan courses with vegetables, vegetable extracts, mushrooms, beans, rice, olive oil and fermented seasonings without animal products.
