This is a premium, autumn-exclusive course featuring domestically sourced matsutake mushrooms used at "Hiyama," a renowned restaurant in Higashikawaguchi, often hailed as the best matsutake cuisine restaurant in Japan.

The guests will enjoy the finest Matsutake mushrooms in "Grilled Matsutake" and "Matsutake & Tajima Guro Ribeye Sukiyaki," and selected parts such as tongue, liver, halami, lean meat, and ribs, as well as thick-cut fillet steak, which will be grilled, split with a fork in front of you, and served with butter and soy sauce.
