We are opening a small restaurant "Hakunei" with only 8 counter seats in a residential area in Hiroo.
Chef Dai Hayashi will create new and comforting dishes by fusing the techniques and experience he has cultivated through French cuisine with the rich ingredients and culture of Japan.
He cooks with honesty and care so that you can feel the ingredients as they are and more than they are.
