Restaurant introduction

We are grateful for the many ingredients that we receive from all over Japan, and we cook with all of our hearts, focusing on seasonal vegetables, facing each ingredient on a daily basis.

Dress code
Please wear smart casual clothing when visiting the restaurant.
Male customers are not permitted to wear half trousers, tank tops, sports sandals or any other casual clothing that could be mistaken for such.

Food allergy
As we offer omakase courses, we will ask you at the time of booking if you have any food allergies, or if there are any ingredients you are not allowed to eat.
We may not be able to accept your request if you do not inform us before you come to the restaurant.
Please confirm this with your companions.

Perfume
We value flavour in our restaurant. Please refrain from wearing perfume in the restaurant. The owner may refuse entry at his discretion. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in all seats and all areas of the restaurant.
Smoking is also strictly prohibited at shop entrances, on tenant premises and on surrounding roads.

Photography
Please limit your photography time inside the store to the minimum possible time, and refrain from using shutter sounds or flash photography to avoid disturbing other customers. Also, please be careful not to include other customers or staff in the photo.
