Here is a place where carefully selected ingredients from Japan and abroad gather, here in "Edo" and we çreate Chinese dishes using seasonal ingredients.
We want to express the four seasons of Japan on each plate and feel the fresh surprise and the encounter with the ingredients.
Spring, summer, fall and winter, we will deliver the deliciousness of Japanese Chinese cuisine to everyone.

■Reservations
On the 1st day of every month, we take reservations for the following three months.
Example) On May 1st, we take reservations up to August 31st.

■Notes on visiting the restaurant .

・Please refrain from using the shutter sound and flash to avoid disturbing other customers.
・Please refrain from giving your reservation to a friend or other person. Please make sure that the person making the reservation comes to the restaurant in person.
・Please arrive with plenty of time to spare on the day of your booking. If you are late for your reservation, please understand that the number of items may be reduced.
・If you are more than 30 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled and your seat will be given to someone else.
・Many crab dishes are served from October to February. Please let us know 3 days in advance if you have any allergies.
