We are pleased to announce that The Chairman, Hong Kong and Daniel Calvert, Executive Chef of SÉZANNE, will host a collaborative event on November 11-12, 2023.

On November 11 and 12, 2023, SÉZANNE will offer a dreamy dining experience with two outstanding chefs of international acclaim THE CHAIRMAN has been awarded one Michelin star and is a regular on "Asia's 50 Best Restaurants" list THE CHAIRMAN has earned a Michelin star and is a regular on the "Asia's 50 Best Restaurants" list, currently ranked #13. SÉZANNE, on the other hand, has earned two Michelin stars and is ranked #2. Both restaurants have also been named to "The World's 50 Best Restaurants" for 2023.
The collaboration of these two highly acclaimed chefs will take guests on an amazing culinary adventure. The mastery of Cantonese culinary artistry and the creativity of French creations are harmoniously blended to create a fusion of tastes, textures, and cultures. And traditional recipes from East and West are presented with a modern and simple approach.
Longtime friends, the two have long awaited the opportunity to combine their talents in the kitchen. Daniel said, "We are very happy to finally have the opportunity to have this long-awaited collaboration and to have Danny join us in Tokyo. His creativity and attention to detail are a joy to behold. And most importantly, we love to talk about food with each other. That's a very important commonality." He said.

■Private room charge (Chef's room)
A separate private room fee of 63,250 yen (including tax) for lunch and 101,200 yen (including tax) for dinner will be charged to guests using the Chef's Room.

■Dress code: Smart Casual
*Jaket is recommended for gentlemen or please wear long sleeved collared shirts.
** Please refrain from shorrt sleeved shirts, shirts without collar such as T-shirt, short pants, tank tops, beach sandals and other similar wear.
