Restaurant introduction

Executive Chef Daniel Calvert's bold, delicate, and light French cuisine can be enjoyed at SÉZANNE.
Since its opening in July 2021, SÉZANNE has been awarded three Michelin stars in the MICHELIN GUIDE TOKYO 2025.
The restaurant offers a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere designed by André Fu, one of Hong Kong's leading architects.
The restaurant is composed of three different elements: the “Salon” where you can enjoy an aperitif with a view of the city, the “Main Dining Room” where you can see the realistic kitchen, and the “Chef's room” which is a private room.
Enjoy refined service, a seasonal menu, a wide selection of champagnes, and traditional desserts created by our pastry chef.

SÉZANNE's original cookies baked with care by our pastry team.
The chocolate, butter, flour and sugar used for the dough are carefully selected.
The cookies are baked with an abundance of Valrhona chocolate, making them crispy and aromatic.
These cookies will please everyone on various occasions, such as gifts for parents, business occasions, wedding gifts, etc.

Pistachio Cake
Pistachio cream, crunchy chocolate and pistachio ganache are sandwiched between almond-pistachio sponge.
