Raffle reservation

What is raffle reservation?

You can enter a raffle prior to the reservation open date of each restaurant's reservation,
and only the winners are allowed to enter the reservation page a little earlier.
The winner will always have enough slots to make a reservation.
*It is not always possible to arrange the dates and number of participants as requested.

Enter a raffle

A raffle button will appear on each restaurant's page about a week before the reservation starts.
You can apply during the period indicated in the pop-up that appears.
Entries will be accepted once every 24 hours. The more entries you submit, the higher your chances of winning.

Winner

After the application period ends, the system will automatically conduct a drawing. Winners will be notified of their selection by email or on each restaurant's page.
Even if you are not selected in the lottery, you may still be able to make a regular reservation as usual at some restaurants. Please check each store page for details.
*Please make sure that the email address you have registered is actually working.

Preferred reservation

The winner's screen will show the winner and the start date and time of the priority reservation.
You will make preferred reservations as per the dates listed (most are usually a few hours before the reservation opens).
The winner will always have enough slots to make a reservation (if they don't pick a date).

Raffle reservations FAQ

Raffle reservations will be made after consultation with each restaurant. If a raffle is to be held, a raffle button will be displayed on the restaurant page.

As a general rule, you can apply once every 24 hours for 7 days, so you can apply for a maximum of 7 times.

Yes, the more times you apply, the higher your chances of winning. However, no matter how many times you apply, you will only win one prize per user, and you will only be entitled to a priority reservation once.

Applications will be accepted about one week prior to the reservation start date of the store where the raffle application will be held. For details, please refer to the reservation information of each restaurant.

From the start of priority reservations for winners, it will be on a first-come, first-served basis. There will always be enough slots available for the winners, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide you with the dates and number of people you requested.

As a rule, the announcement will be made at least one day before the priority reservation start date and time. An email will be sent to the winners, and the winners will also be displayed on the restaurant page. If you are not selected as a winner, you will not be notified by email.

The drawing will be done automatically and randomly by the system. Please note that we will not be able to respond to specific raffle methods or raffle results. Also, there is no guarantee that you will win.

Yes, the reservation frequency will be applied even for raffle reservations. Therefore, please check the period for which you are eligible to make a reservation, and then try applying for raffle or priority reservation.

Priority reservation rights can only be used once per selection. Therefore, if you make a reservation by mistake and cancel it, you will not be able to make a priority reservation again. Please check carefully before using this service.
