Restaurant introduction

unis is a chef's table for entertaining on Halle days.

unison, meaning "harmony"
union, meaning "plurality"
Unity, which means "unity".

We named the restaurant "unis" with the meaning of a place where a lot of happiness is folded into one.

As a restaurant that adds color to celebratory occasions, Chef Riku Yakushijin not only creates cuisine, decorations, and space that connect more than 700 producers he has visited throughout Japan, but also creates an important occasion that will be remembered by all five senses, from the moment you open the door to the afterglow of your meal, with the help of Panoramics Seiichi Saito who created the visual and sound effects to accompany each course. We will create a memorable experience for your special day with all five senses.

Reservation rules

■About our courses
We are always looking forward to your coming to our restaurant.
We do not serve the same dishes as in past visits to our restaurant in order to satisfy our customers.
　Therefore, we strongly recommend the following
*Please come back to our restaurant after a certain interval between visits (every 2 months is recommended).
*Please indicate in the "Special Notes" section if you have any food allergies or food items you are not fond of.
*Please be sure to confirm the information of your companion(s) as well.

■Information and requests regarding your visit to our restaurant
We have a waiting room, so you can wait 15 minutes before your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted in the restaurant, including the waiting area. Please note that there is no smoking area nearby.
Children under 12 years old are not allowed to come to the restaurant. (Only private parties are permitted.) ・Please note that the dress code is smart casual.
We recommend smart casual dress code, and men are encouraged to wear jackets or collared shirts.
If you are late for the start of the party, the number of items may be reduced due to the simultaneous start of the party with visual effects.
Reservations must be made by the person making the reservation. If you wish to transfer or resell your seat, or visit the restaurant on behalf of someone else, please indicate so in the special instructions.
If you are more than 30 minutes late or 15 minutes late and we are unable to contact you for confirmation, we will cancel your reservation on the same day.
