A favorite of famous restaurants nationwide, fish caught by fisherman Junichi Fujimoto of the Imabari-Shimanami Kaido(Shimanami Ocean Road) in Ehime, Japan.

The seafood, which is carefully prepared by using exceptional artistic sensitivity and advanced techniques to identify the peak of deliciousness, boasts high freshness and freshly caught delicacies, inviting you to experience another dimension.

Nijikichi is a restaurant that borrows the Michelin one-star sushi restaurant “Akakichi on the Shimanami Kaido(Shimanami Ocean Road). Each season, we offer a full course meal of “one-and-only” flavors that can only be experienced at this moment in time and in this region through a collaboration of seafood of another dimension by Mr. Fujimoto and top chefs from all over Japan.

Enjoy the best of both worlds: the ultra-fresh seafood freshly shime by Mr. Fujimoto, and the competition between top chefs from diverse genres such as French, Italian, sushi, and Japanese cuisine.

Nijikichi plans to develop from a rented restaurant to an auberge where guests can enjoy the world's one and only high-end dining experience.
