This premium restaurant was founded by chef Seiji Nakado as a place for further challenges.
The concept of Nakado in Hiroshima is "a restaurant where Hiroshima ingredients are used extensively and Hiroshima terroir can be felt.
Roots in Osaka aims to be an "urban high-grade restaurant", which is only possible in Tokyo and Osaka in Japan.
While keeping the Nakado-style elements at the core of the restaurant, we will bring in premium, rare, and special ingredients from all over Japan to create a more gorgeous restaurant experience.
More than 500 bottles of wine, including Grand Vin and rare collections, are available to choose from in the glass-fronted walk-in cellar.
